MobileSOS
The Challenge
MobileSOS is a leading personal and lone worker security application provider.  They asked Encoded to develop their subscriber contact system, which was designed to involve inbound and outbound calling, SMS text messaging, email, online administration and location-based services.
The Solution
Encoded designed and developed a complete platform from which MobileSOS services all their subscribers and corporate partners.  This includes a number of different service flavours to perform different security roles, as well as a multi-user environment to handle subscriber groups, security levels and account administration via IVR, SMS and online control panel.  The platform successfully integrates voice, SMS, email and web with location-based services from 3rd party providers.
The Result
MobileSOS has a complete system which reflects and has built upon their initial vision.  The applications and services developed and managed by Encoded have made MobileSOS the market leading personal security service provider, and provides the flexibility to constantly grow their portfolio of products.  MobileSOS has also managed to expand into international markets using a combination of Encoded’s high quality global telecoms coverage and on-premises IVR equipment with international protocol approval.
