Support Ticket

If you are experiencing an issue with your service and require assistance then please raise a support ticket. A ticket can be raised by emailing helpdesk@encoded.co.uk or register at helpdesk.encoded.co.uk to view, log and track the progress of a ticket.

All new services, changes or upgrade are tracked using BaseCamp. Please log in to view updates or make notes. If you do not have access to BaseCamp then please contact your Account Manager.   Customer Support Encoded is passionate about customer service.
